Professional Training Programs

A 360° approach to transform talent into versatile artists and entrepreneurs of their careers.

ÉNDC offers innovative training programs designed to reflect the realities, challenges, and demands of the professional dance world. Created for emerging talents aspiring to an international career, the programs combine technical excellence, artistic exploration, and the integration of new technologies. The two-year program runs from September to May on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an average of 32 hours of in-person technical and theoretical classes per week. Our greatest strength lies in the guidance of our team of expereinced mentors — respected artists who are actively shaping the dance industry and committed to evolving its practices. Open to dancers of all backgrounds and physical abilities, the program aims to shape well-rounded artists capable of building sustainable, fulfilling careers rooted in the ever-changing realities of the field.

Momentum Program – Professional Training (2 years)
Designed for early-career or pre-professional artists, Momentum is a two-year program that offers comprehensive support for those looking to build strong foundations in the arts sector. The training combines practice in a wide range of dance styles — jazz, contemporary, street dance, Afro-Caribbean, commercial, classical, and more — with exploration of immersive technologies such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and motion capture. The curriculum also includes modules on artist well-being (injury prevention, performance psychology, yoga, and nutrition) and cultural entrepreneurship, aimed at supporting a stable and self-sustaining career. The program features professional artistic productions and collaborations with industry partners, enhancing hands-on experience and student-artist visibility.

Effervescence Program – Professional Workshops (1 to 3 months)
Exclusively for international students, Effervescence offers intensive 1- to 3-month workshops combining dance and immersive technologies. Participants explore a variety of dance styles and digital tools used in professional contexts. The program also includes modules on artist well-being and career management, providing a well-rounded experience even over a short period.

Inception Program – Artistic Incubator (1 year, launching in 2027)
Open to ÉNDC graduates and emerging artists, Inception is a one-year incubator designed to support the development of a personal artistic voice. It offers advanced training in multidisciplinary dance and immersive technologies (VR, AI, motion capture), along with personalized support for the creation of individual projects. The program strengthens artists' visibility through touring opportunities, partnerships, and strategic support for professional integration and network development.

Note: All programs emphasize hands-on, career-oriented training with a strong focus on innovation and artistic growth.

Objectives of the Programs

  • The goal is to develop proficiency in multiple dance styles to open a wide range of professional opportunities. By strengthening each student’s primary style while expanding their skills in others, we provide access to a variety of career paths in the dance industry. This versatility allows students to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving field, with opportunities to collaborate on professional projects starting in the first year.

  • An artist must not only discover but also affirm their voice to stand out in the industry. We provide a platform for students to showcase their personal creations, supporting their integration into the professional dance community. This creative growth is nurtured in an environment that fosters innovation and the exploration of new ideas.

  • We consider health and well-being as essential components of the training. Both physical and theoretical practices in wellness help young talents build body awareness and understand their limits. This approach supports a long and balanced career by helping artists maintain their physical and mental well-being throughout their journey. We act as an artistic and community-based support system for our graduates, encouraging their growth within the dance ecosystem.

  • We prepare our students to manage their artistic careers with autonomy, clarity, and strategy. From the very start of the program, they begin building a strong professional network—starting with our mentors, who are outstanding, active artists in the industry guiding and connecting them to the professional world. We provide practical tools to navigate the field: project sourcing, contract management, administrative processes, and the development of a long-term vision. Our students learn how to thrive as self-employed artists and face the realities of today’s artistic landscape.
